Bridge Crossing:

The bridge design is simple and compact, allowing for smooth, fast, and precise delivery of various sizes of facial tissues to the bonding machine section.

Diagonal gauge positioning:

The positioning and correction of facial paper adopts a unique and independently developed side gauge device, which is fast, stable, and runs smoothly.

Bottom paper conveying:

The bottom paper feeding structure is matched with a high-efficiency suction system to correctly, quickly, and effectively deliver the paper. Various single tile, three-layer, four layer, five layer, and seven layer cardboard do not require replacement of the paper feeding structure. The air suction volume can be adjusted according to the size and flatness of the paper to meet different types of paper.

Fitting section:

The high-precision coating wheel evenly applies adhesive to the paper, coupled with an automatic adhesive supply system, making it more stable and efficient.

Two servo motors for facial paper and a servo motor for bottom paper ensure the precision of machine bonding, and a motion controller is specially added to effectively maximize its functionality.

Paper division:

After the conveyor belt presses the laminated paper, the entire stack of paper is stacked and sent to the next stage for flipping.

Paper flipping section:

By flipping one stack over another and passing it directly through in a cross action manner, it is fed into the stacking paper table to increase the efficiency of flipping the paper.

Delivery Department:

The automatic lowering function of the secondary paper delivery enables non-stop paper delivery. Optional paper stack automatic output device, compatible with logistics conveying.

Electrical Control Department:

Digital memory, unique design of computer programs, convenient and traceable touch screen browsing, visual production. For each product replacement, input the paper size and required bonding accuracy on the human-machine interface, and the machine will automatically adjust quickly and conveniently.
